General conditions

REQUIREMENTS FOR STAYING
The minimal stay will be two nights in any epoch of the year. In this regard, bridges will be exempted (3-4 nights), and high Season where we include the second fortnight(dozen) of June, the months of Julio and August, and the first fortnight(dozen) of September in which priority will give itself to the reservations(reserves) of complete weeks before that you reserve for free days. The house will be able to be occupied from 5 p.m. of the day of arrival and will remain free before 12 a.m. of the day of exit, except that the opposite is agreed.

THE FORM OF PAYMENT

 The reservation  will be confirmed on depositing  40 % or the price or  the total contracted service. In any case, of the total amount must be deposited 5 days before deaprture day.. Once effected(carried out) the warehouse(deposit) they will have to order route e-mail the voucher of the revenue.
The form of payment will be for transference to the number of following account(bill):

CANCELLATIONS

In the case of annulment of the reservation(reserve), expenses will be established in the following way:
In Low Season:
-15 days or more before the arrival - (minimum expenses 10 €)
- from 14 to 7 days before the arrival: 5 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
- from 6 to 4 days before the arrival: 15 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
- from 3 to 2 days before the arrival: 40 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
- from 1 to 0 days before the arrival: 100 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
In High Season:
- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival: 15 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
- from 14 to 10 days before the arrival: 40 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).
- from 9 to 0 days before the arrival: 100 % on the whole of the reservation(reserve).

IMPORTANT NOTES TO KNOW
- The client is the responsible only one of communicating the number of people that will be staying at he lodgement, including children of all ages. In opposite case, the owners save themselves the legal right not to allow the entry of the not declared persons, or to remove them, there being no any claim for this reason.
- There has to be paid deposit (money) of 100 Euros. This deposit will be returned by the end of the stay if no anomaly has ocurred.
- The client will have to respect the housing.
- For general rule, animals are not admitted, except that the opposite is specified and always under the deposited bail(deposit).
- Visits are not admitted. The house is rented to the number of persons specified.
- The fuelwood is not included in the price.
- The prices include the normal consumption of water, electricity, clothes of bed and bath, furniture of the home(fireplace) in perfect condition(state) and cleanliness at the arrival.
-The season of the swimming pool will be from April until September.
- a first aid kit and a fire-extinguisher Exists behind the door of the kitchen.
