Málaga capital     Cártama

The Municipality of Cártama is one of the most extensive and towns of the province, with a 105 extension of km2 and one present population of 13,639 inhabitants.    Located in the low course of the Valley of the Guadalhorce, on the foot of two small mountain ranges and surrounded by thousand of orange groves and lemon trees, its territory comprises of the Hole of Malaga, to only 20 km of the capital.    This has done that Cártama has been and is step forced of all the ways from the coast to the interior, giving him a superb position from commercial, historical , archaeological and tourist the point of view.

How to arrive

·Own vehicle:  the main way to arrive at Cártama from the capital is by means of the A-357 railcar, that unites Malaga with Campillos, from which they leave to several deflection for Station of Cártama and Cártama town.   Another important route is the highway MA-402, that crosses Bells and unites Malaga with Slate.    Asímismo, can be arrived at Cártama from other points of the province:  from Alhaurín the Great one by highway MA-425, from Coín by highway MA-422 and Churriana by highway MA-417.
